Chingaza Natural National Park is located on the Eastern Ranges of the Colombian Andes, around an hour from Bogotá. This park gives to the tourist the chance to contemplate majesty and beauty of Páramo (fog forest) ecosystem, High andean forest and wetlands. Fauna and flora is so diverse, we are able to see deeer, spectacled bears, condors and many plant species.
We will meet our tour guide at 8:00 am, in the hostel. Once we are outside the city, we will have a traditional breakfast in La Calera small town. Ther, we will get to the park, and we will have an approximately 3-hour hike to find deer and, if posible, spectacled bears. After the hike, we will have lunch, and we will continue walking through the Andean forest to see all its fauna and flora. Lastly, we will have a snack, and after a day full of nature adventura, we will go back to Bogotá, surrounded by a grat sunset.
